Pregnancy Loss or losing a baby can make you feel isolated, devastated and is a life changing experience. Have you lost your baby in the first, second or third trimester of pregnancy? How do you cope with the emotional impact of losing your baby? If you are seeking professional counselling or therapy, I am here to walk alongside, support you through your loss and grow around your grief.

Birth Trauma: Lengthy labour or quick but very painful labour, Induction of Labour, Poor pain relief, and feeling loss of control.

Unfortunately, birth trauma has become more common and how every woman or man cope with their experiences is a very personal journey. I can offer professional support on this personal journey when you need to talk.

Antenatal & Postnatal Depression

It is highly recommended that mothers who feel they are experiencing antenatal depression talk to a professional about it. Many expecting mothers do not even know that it is a thing therefore do not even do anything about it and suffer in silence. Antenatal depression has a higher chance of leading to postnatal depression and parenting stress.
